Hello! Yesterday, Jason and I went to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Definitely recommended for people living in Brisbane who like animals and want something a little bit different to do. It's only 20-30 minutes away from the city (feels like nothing) and you just take a simple bus ride there. We spent the first 15 minutes in the sanctuary oogling over a gorgeous cockatoo. It said hello so I started playing around with it and then BAM out of no where it bit my finger so hard that I bled. Jason got a photo right before it happened:

Nonetheless the cockatoos were my favourite things in the entire sanctuary. One of them kept asking Jason to scratch it and then it'd turn it's head or bob up and down. Another one said bye to us as we left nawww! Not really much else to say so here's a bunch of photos from the day courtesy of the lovely Jason.
